Horrible

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Ended up being moved twice to a room that had stains everywhere, moldy smell, fridge didn’t work so we ended up leaving

Could be better

Liked: Very limited breakfast selection, beds were hard and not very comfortable. Place need more upkeep. Great locationn near downtown Southport. If the owners put more money into the upkeep and management, it would be a great place to stay.

Liked: Price. Waffles were good.
Disliked: Lack of protein in breakfast. frozen sausages were way too faytty.

Poor

Liked: Pillow are not good, the room was find after we had to get a second room because of broken faucet in the bathroom sink.The next room was ok but refrigerator and coffee maker was dirty.
Disliked: The staff was fantastic! Breakfast was ok.

Very poor

Disliked: The bed was terrible. So uncomfortable. Definitely needs a new mattress. There was no towels in the bathroom when we got to our room. I had to go back downstairs to get towels because there was no phone cord in the phone to dial downstairs. Big stain in the tub. I dropped a little crumb on the floor and had a Clorox wipe to get it up and where I wiped, the wipe was black so I know the floors have not been cleaned.
