A clean, comfortable place to...

Liked: The facility was very nice, the room and bathroom were clean, and the front desk staff was helpful whenever we asked for something. The beds were very comfy, and there was a fridge in the room. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
Disliked: I think perhaps some staff need to be trained better. The front desk people were great. But when we checked in, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper, no soap of any kind in the bathroom, and only three towels. There were three of us and my granddaughter and I each use two towels, so I went to the front desk to get more toilet paper, soap, and a couple more towels. There was no "do not disturb" sign for our room. The next morning I told the maid that we didn't need anything in our room and to just cross us off her cleaning list. When we returned in the evening, the towels we had used were all gone, and no clean towels were left. So, I went down to the desk to get towels and requested a "do not disturb" sign we could hang on the door so the same thing did not happen the next day. We try to be "green" and reuse our towels. Each morning we went down for breakfast between 8:15-9:15. We were told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Frequently, there were no eggs and the sausage was gone, and it took them a while to replenish it. The orange juice also was out, and some days there was no milk so I ate my cereal dry.

Disappointing

Disliked: We spoke with someone earlier in the week who assured us there would be a pack-n-play available for our 1.5 year old. When we arrived at 9pm we were told they didn’t have any on the property. The employee was completely unapologetic and was more concerned with avoiding blame than with the massive inconvenience they created for us. Additionally there was no soap in the room and only enough shower products for 1 of our family of 4.

Disliked: Very poor breakfast selection. No yogurt, no fruit, only one type of cereal, one squeeze bottle of jelly (no packets or variety)...luckily Waffle House nearby

Awful, not comfortable

Disliked: The room we received had a bad odor, like a musty smell. Went downstairs to change rooms, they gave us a new room but when we got to the floor, they were painting. So now I had to deal with the smell of paint which gave me a headache. Overall, I would not stay there again and definitely would not recommend.
