Liked: Convenient, clean, affordable quiet, great bed.
Disliked: Staff was not friendly, dirt was in the door space of the bathroom barn door, the light on the phone blinked all night.

Liked: I liked the ease of check-in. There was a cart available to help transport luggage.
Disliked: There needed to be a clear verbal explanation to the extra $50 change to my card. I was in a mobility impaired room and the beds were so high that I had difficulty getting on them.

It’s wasn’t not bad!

Liked: Staff was nice and friendly. Location was well maintained and clean.
Disliked: The only complaint I had was the shows water pressure was horrible. We were on the 2nd floor. It was awful. I called the staff to see what was going on. They said unfortunately we can’t do anything about it.
