Liked: The breakfast was buffet style and adequate but the room it was located in had NO ambiance whatsoever. It was an internally located, bland room with only one window. Coffee and tea service from a machine outside the room.
Disliked: Again, there is no ambiance in this hotel. The walls, ceiling and floors are gray. It looks institutional and cold. The front desk staff was lovely though and the bed was comfortable. I thought it odd that for two people there was only one hand towel and wash cloth, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for and additional pair. I did like that fact that the window opened so we didn't have to keep the noisy air unit on.

Liked: Booked through 3rd party. Booked a double bed for 2 adults but staff member changed it to Queen bed and a cot. Was double charged and am still trying to get compensation.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Toast, bagel, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, juice, and coffee. Lindsay at front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
