Could Be Good, But Facility...

Liked: Overall, the hotel seemed pleasant, the staff kind and helpful, the room large and appeared clean and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: No internet upon arrival: spent an hour on phone with tech support only to discover the hotel's portal/sign-in page was turned off! After that, internet service was unreliable for 3-day stay.Low water pressure in shower. Ran out of hot water.Worst of all, insanely loud HVAC units in 2 rooms I stayed in. Could even hear the units in adjacent rooms!

Liked: Convenient location and large, clean room. Appropriatly staffed with friendly people despite it being Christmas Eve/Christmas.
Disliked: Beds were full size (54" wide), not 2 queens as advertised. No free weights in the exercise room. Lots of wear and tear visible - repaired bathroom door, poor repair to damage on walls, loud rattle in heating unit in room.
