Liked: I’m the bitter freezing cold morning our truck wouldn’t start and my husband had to get to an appointment for which we had traveled to Pueblo. The wonderful lady at the front desk used her personal vehicle to give us a jump and get us going. She was a lifesaver and we greatly appreciated her help!
Disliked: It will be really nice when the construction in the lobby is done. We look forward to seeing it again in about 6 weeks when we have to go back.

Liked: Staff was great, room was clean and neat
Disliked: Shower was leaking at the shower head, would keep sliding down the pole. Bed was way to hard, did not get much sleep.

Great value but the rooms...

Liked: Over all clean and breakfast was always hot and ready.
Disliked: The rooms are old and banged up pretty bad.

Diffacult to get into the...

Disliked: I was handicapped and parked in the handicap zone. The snow on the sidewalks were not scrapped off.
