Disliked: We had phone calls four times during our first night's stay that were not for us, finally took phone off the hook.Also, found a small bug of some sort in our room.

Overall a pleasant experience!

Liked: A great experience but slightly noisy during the night maybe because a school softball team was staying while I was there.
Disliked: Breakfast had no labels and it became extremely difficult to determine which food was ok for a vegetarian. A simple label with a short description would help immensely.

Liked: room was extremely good, breakfast was exceptional. The night shift clerk , Amanda went out of her way to help. as the door lock to my room froze when I came back late from a football game. She gave me the next room over as she worked for close to 2 hrs on the door to get it open to get my stuff out. which she had to take apart the lock. Apparently locks r outdated. but I appreciated her efforts and she discounted me $ off my stay. A big shout out to her
Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel. only issues is the door locks to room. But I was told those are being updated. I would recommend this hotel. I'll be staying there again
