The stay wasn't very pleasant....

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: They were under remodeling. It was very sad and depressing. The tv didn't work. The bathroom door was a rolling barn door that didn't lock and had a huge gap.

Liked: I returned to Owensboro for my father's funeral. I brought my son, daughter and their families. My parents live in Stanley so this hotel is the closest to them on highway 60. I've stayed here many times the last of which was November 1st without issue. This time I booked two rooms with two beds each for 2 days. We couldn't sleep the night we arrived because there were so many roaches that we couldn't turn out the lights. My daughter stayed awake to watch her children sleep because she was afraid they would be covered with roaches if she closed her eyes. When I told the staff that we had to leave because of the bugs they apologized and were aware of the problem and said that an exterminator had recently sprayed and was coming back the following week. This trip was difficult enough without have to deal with bugs in the hotel. They had also closed the kitchen without making it aware during booking or checkin. I would like my money back.

Liked: Everything about it was terrible
Disliked: We had roaches in our room, they were crawling everywhere in the bathroom and baby roaches were crawling in the bed. Nastiest place I have ever stayed, if they don't refund my money, I will post these pictures I have on social media and let everyone know not to stay there!!!!!!

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Would have been nice to know they was completely redoing the place before we drove all the way there. Our allergies were messed up all weekend and we couldn’t go anywhere else at late notice because all hotels was booked near by.

Liked: Pool looked nice but was gross if you got close and hot tub was luke warm and not cleanFront desk gentleman was nice, bfast lady could care less, would not bring refills of things that were out and acted annoyed by guests
Disliked: Dust everywhere, bugs, torn duvets
