Liked: Pool looked nice but was gross if you got close and hot tub was luke warm and not cleanFront desk gentleman was nice, bfast lady could care less, would not bring refills of things that were out and acted annoyed by guests
Disliked: Dust everywhere, bugs, torn duvets

Liked: The pool
Disliked: We didn't like having to change our rooms in the middle of the night because we found roaches crawling out the back of the TV and fridge. We were told we would receive a refund but still nothing I have called the hotel several times to talk to Sunny the manager the is over refunds with no success. So staff gave me his email still haven't heard back. We were promised a refund and I will continue to call the hotel until I get it. This place is not anything like the pictures show.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ANS STAY

Liked: The front desk man and night audit were nice.
Disliked: 1. The pool was cold. 2. The hot tub jets did not work properly. I went to the front desk to ask how to turn on the jets. The woman said it is on the wall.  Said device to activate the jets had a piece of paper on it that said out of order. 3. Online did not state the hotel was under construction.  The hotel was messy.  Boxes everywhere.  People in and out constantly.  4. There was a bug in the fridge. 5. There was a bug in the ice bucket. 6. The water in the shower never got warmer than Luke warm. 7. We were accused of having loud music in the hallway, disrespectfully by a female employee. 8. Breakfast was not hot. Eggs, Gravy, sausage, and biscuits were cold. Muffin was almost stale and very dry. 9. Alarm clock was missing parts 

Nightmare.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The parking lot, front pull in and front lobby were piled with construction materials. The hallways were covered in drywall dust and the baseboards had been ripped up. The room numbers were taped to our doors. Then we were charged early check in of $20 although booking.com allowed us to pick check in time without mention of extra fees. It was literally a construction zone that we were expected to stay in. Morning coffee was old and gross at 6:30am. We checked out before breakfast. Will not return.

Liked: I was checked into the wrong room and charge showed up twice on my CC

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The breakfast was good. There was a very good selection of food and I loved the hours. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and there is a hot tub. The location was good. The whole motel was nice and clean.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard but clean.

Bad

Disliked: First of all, during my entire week-long stay, there was no room service at all, despite me requesting it multiple times. To make matters worse, I was charged $150 after checking out. When I called to inquire about the charge, they denied making it and claimed they were unaware of it, which is clearly untrue.
