Liked: Continental breakfast.
Disliked: Noise easily heard from hallway/lobby/room next door in the room. Headboard and bathroom floor were dirty. Toilet ran unless handle was jiggled.

Liked: Well it’s pretty simple booking but other then that never again they shut the hotel down at 10pm in charge 15 a person if you want anyone in then not only that they said the suite was at capacity at 3ppl
Disliked: The staff was rude not friendly observant… they don’t have enough carts too match traffic volume . Parking lot could be kept up. Rooms need deep cleaning. In jacuzzi needs too be service poor quality.

Disliked: Toilet has been stopped up entire stay. TV doesn't work! Phone doesn't work! Poor lighting inside room. The room is dingy looking. Hot tub is nasty. White film on top of water and it's not bubbles. Water is murky green. Swimming pool is a murk blue. Not clear at all. Sauna doesn't work at all! I came for the amenities only! Birthday weekend is ruined! I wanted to relax and rejuvenate my body. And I can't even use the bathroom in my room. I called several times from my cell phone and never got anyone to answer the phone. I have pictures also. Property offered $20.86 for my inconvenience and this not satisfactory!

Disliked: The first room they put me in had stains all over the sheets and the bed was broke. I demanded a refund and they put me in a different room . It still was not clean . The comforter had old blood stains, the mirror in bathroom was dirty , the shower was dirty and the room smelled so bad. I almost left but started looking for the smell and found old milk that was left from previous guests and dumped it. Smell still lingering but was bearable to sleep . I really hope I get a refund from this. I do not recommend.

Liked: It was the worst experience ever! It’s old, smelly, dirty, and with very unprofessional staff. The moment we walked in there was a line of upset visitors. The suite room we booked was sold out, so we had no choice but to take the smaller room with smaller beds, which was very uncomfortable for us. The key we were given did not work, so the front desk switched us to a different room and at 2AM another worker opened our room door thinking it was vacant because it was never marked occupied.

Police in and out questioning if I’m a guest as I come in from the store very uncomfortable will NEVER RETURN
