Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Good and comfortable hotel

Liked: Comfortable beds in a large room just a 15-minute walk from the US Niagara Falls Park. There is a restaurant next door and other sites nearby. The pool has extended opening hours.
Disliked: There could have been a little bit more of variety in the breakfast room, but it was off-season, so we understand it may be different than usual service.

Liked: My wife and I really enjoyed staying there, it was like home, we felt comfortable and your staff was very accommodating to our needs.Thanks to Miss Tanika for sorting out a small issue we had and will definitely recommend others to stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara falls.

Disliked: Hated that upon arrival heat was off in the room and it took us approx 4.5 hours to get it warm
