Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Liked: The location was good. Stay was decent. Just that we had very bad experience because of the people next door. There was a huge fight happening which we informed the reception the next day. The breakfast was not great. Overall experience was good.

it was okay. very comfortable.

Liked: the stay was pretty good i must say. the only minus was the time we were checking in. there was a lot of people in the lobby. i went to the receptionist and greeted her pleasantly and told her i went online to check in and done with the pre check in. then she told me ‘ yeah same with everybody’ ( sarcastically) i said okay. it was never a problem for me to wait, but she made a not so good response assuming i wanted to be accommodated first. she was the only minus of our stay. everyone was so nice especially the guy mopping the floor in the morning

Liked: Well equipped and clean room, location near to falls and Rainbow bridge. It has a pool but didn´t have time to visit. Breakfast basic - pancakes and eggs/sausage. Helpful staff.
Disliked: No luck with neighbors - very noisy night. It got solved when I finally contacted with staff around 3 AM.
