I booked this room on my personal credit card for business. When checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed. The man at the front desk stated that I would receive it via email. After waiting 4 days for that email, I called the hotel and was told that because I used a 3rd party I would have to contact them. I was given a contact number to reach out to them. After speaking to that person I was then told to contact a 3rd party. Needless to say I haven't received a copy of my receipt yet. I would stay away from this hotel in the future and use some other hotel.

Disliked: The front desk lady was rude from when we walked in the door and she's racist! We didn't stay! Canceled our room and found another place to stay.

Liked: The room was well kept, and the breakfast was great. All the staff were friendly and responsive.

Liked: Great commute to where we needed to go. Staff at the front desk were friendly and polite.
Disliked: Our room was dirty when we checked in. There was still feces from previous people on the toilet seat, there was a sock that belonged to someone before us under the chair, and when room service came in the second day, they only made one bed and there was mold in the shower on the wall and handle.

Liked: Great breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the lobby was a welcoming environment.
Disliked: The short toilets and second floor ice machine wasn't working.

Liked: It’s located close to things we wanted to visit. Great for the price. They have great beds and everything is well maintained. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallway and rooms should be replaced. Also the breakfast needs to be cooked until done.
