I booked this room on my personal credit card for business. When checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed. The man at the front desk stated that I would receive it via email. After waiting 4 days for that email, I called the hotel and was told that because I used a 3rd party I would have to contact them. I was given a contact number to reach out to them. After speaking to that person I was then told to contact a 3rd party. Needless to say I haven't received a copy of my receipt yet. I would stay away from this hotel in the future and use some other hotel.

Disliked: Arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour drive to find out that they hadn’t processed our booking. After an hour of waiting about to see if a room was available we gave up and booked another hotel. To be honest we were happy about changing as this hotel was in a dismal area!!

Disliked: all good. Guy at desk was nice but after 20 minutes trying to solve one guys problems he should have told that guest...hold on sir let me get these two men checked in and i will get back on this long problem.

Disliked: The outdoor pool furniture was broken which was a bit dangerous.
