I booked this room on my personal credit card for business. When checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed. The man at the front desk stated that I would receive it via email. After waiting 4 days for that email, I called the hotel and was told that because I used a 3rd party I would have to contact them. I was given a contact number to reach out to them. After speaking to that person I was then told to contact a 3rd party. Needless to say I haven't received a copy of my receipt yet. I would stay away from this hotel in the future and use some other hotel.

Liked: The bed was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was so so. The eggs were very overcooked, the biscuits were hard, and the croissants were not fresh.

Disliked: Had a Tornado alert while we were staying. Staff had no training on what to do. Left people in upstairs rooms, let people outside. If it had hit the hotel it would have ended badly
