Disliked: The hot tub was not hot at all and unfortunately that is why I booked the stay I needed it for my health.

Liked: Price was great. Front desk staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked - door handles, tissue box, etc.

A little TLC could turn...

Liked: Most issues could have been taken care of with 15 minutes of attention. Build up soap scum in shower. Soapy tub unsafe because not rinced.All corners build up dust and debris.holes in walls from changing art. 2 non working lamps left in room. (There were plenty that did work) 1 key card not ever working. Asked daily for replacement. Cleaning every 4 days??? Ok, but towels . Left dirty outside of room as required but no replacement. No towels twice in pool area. No toilet paper in bathroom. Hot tub not hot and jets only working 1 out of 5 days stay. Water couldn't be set to fill the tub. No water pressure. Took 20 minutes for 1/2 tub of water. Ran out of hot water when showering. Breakfast shut down early. All minor things easy to fix. Someone just has to care. Soooo much potential ruined by neglect. Could easily be made into the best stay for amazing prices.

Liked: Comfortable and convenient.
Disliked: Jacuzzi was not even hot and inside “ heated” pool was freezing in the middle of winter. Also breakfast is at start at 6:30 am but did not even start setting up until then and barely had time to grab something before leaving for tournament at 7 am
