Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. We will visit again in the future.

Liked: Comfortable and convenient.
Disliked: Jacuzzi was not even hot and inside “ heated” pool was freezing in the middle of winter. Also breakfast is at start at 6:30 am but did not even start setting up until then and barely had time to grab something before leaving for tournament at 7 am

Great place to stay.

Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The gym and pool areas were clean and inviting. Overall a great stay. The value of the rooms was great.
Disliked: We had trouble with one of our key cards. The receptionist reset it numerous times, but it still did not work. Could have used a second waffle maker. This feature is very popular. Did not like the fact that the hot tub was out of order. That part would have been enjoyable. Also would have liked a drop key box, instead of waiting in line to check out.
