Stayed here several times in...

Liked: The location is great! Good proximity to restaurants and Texas Tech . The lobby is spacious and great for groups to have meals together. The staff is really nice.
Disliked: The room was not good. While the beds were comfortable, the towels, furniture and fixtures were very worn out.

It was a great stay...

Liked: the room was nice and felt clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The parking was easy and the location was great.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't very good. I understand it is a continental breakfast but better cereal or yogurt options would be nice.

Disappointing

Liked: Location is excellent. Lots of cute prairie dogs close to property.
Disliked: Bathroom and shower was not cleaned. I had to clean hair and somebody else’s melted soap out of the shower before I could use it. Went down for breakfast at 9:30 and there was no food left.

Will not stay there again.

Disliked: When we arrived Cristine at the front desk was rude and arrogant. She is in the wrong occupation. The room did not have a bathmats or washcloths. The breakfast did not have meat and the eggs tasted like plastic.
