Liked: The lobby looked updated and was clean. The staff was nice and professional.
Disliked: The room was not clean! The bathroom has a hand towel wadded up in the corner of the bathroom from a previous guest, the soap ring from the previous guest, was still on the counter, the toilet seat was soiled and the fridge was not wiped out. There is a build up of dust throughout the room. The chair was stained and in bad repair. The sheets had stains on them at least I hope they are just stains and not dirty! The bathroom floor was not mopped. The hall mirror had handprints all over it. And a sticky residue on the nightstand. The hot tub had something wrong with the jets it was turbo blowing out water not relaxing at all like it hurt to sit in front of the jets. The gym was not clean enough to use and had a foul smell about it. The place looks modern and beautiful in the pictures but is not well kept up and is dirty.

Liked: The facility was clean and they had a hot breakfast. The shower had a grab bar, which I appreciated, as I am in my 60's. The design of the breakfast area was nice, quite stylish. It was close to so many places, yet quiet. It is close to UMC, where I had an appointment to see my doctor.
