Liked: It was great location, very nice property

Great value, friendly, clean, and...

Liked: Better than what I expected for this budget friendly hotel. Great value. The reception was friendly, the whole property seemed clean, spacious room, surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows, even semi-upgraded Dove products in the bathroom.
Disliked: Not an actual complaint at all. The breakfast was ok but really everything we needed.

Will never stay there again!

Disliked: The toilet wouldn’t flush unless the handle was held down. The key card took forever to unlock the door. Bought a candy bar that was so stale and I found the date which was July of 2024. Couldn’t exchange it because 3rd shift worker was no where to be found.. the room next to us was only 7 kids with no adult that stayed up all night jumping on furniture and beating walls

Disliked: Dirty room with many broken amenities. Pull out couch was paper thin and had a broken leg. For the price our stay was not a good value.

Disliked: I wish the water pressure was a little better and it took a while for the water to get hot.

Disappointed and lack of training.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I was charged 3x my room rate. They over drafted my account and caused my two business cards to be replaced due to fraudulent activity. Which is really inconvenient because I'm the road for another month. The manager never addressed the over draft with me, just changed the subject. Even after we were at an understanding, they refunded, then went to recharge me again. My bank flagged and canceled my card. The last communication I received was with the person who checked me in, which didn't want to take any responsibility and tried to blame me. Then, she argued with me when I told her they just tried to charge my card, and now my cards have been cut off. She insisted that it didn't happen it was a refund. Then she asked me if I checked out even tho she knew I didn't and said that the guy from her back end checked me out. Why did you ask if you knew it wasn't me? Besides being blamed for really her lack of training and completely stressing me out and completely messing my business up for a week, they were very nice about it. Tip: Make sure if you're using a different card than the one you reserved with, you have them removed it, or they might suck all the money out of both your accounts.
