In general. It is good...

Liked: Good location and staff friendly. Breakfast also good.
Disliked: Lift is not working some times and one is locked since 18 Jan till 1 Feb.

Great location, great price with...

Liked: The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was SUPER nice, every single person we spoke to was wonderful! Also super close to the subway and a quick drive to LGA.
Disliked: The only downside was one of the elevators was down so it took awhile to have the elevator actually stop on your floor, but that was such a minor thing that it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again!

Home away from Home

Liked: Nice & Clean nobody loitering around. The staff was excellent and so w’s the breakfast. Highly recommended

Poor

Liked: Staff was helpful, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: One of the lifts was not working through out my stay.Long waiting que, frustrated guests.On one day BOTH lift were not working and we have to walk down 15th floor.Breakfast was very basic- needs more variety!
