I want to definitely return to this hotel when there is a concert I want to see at the Civic Center! So convenient. No driving, parking fees, or dealing with the weather!

Liked: The convenience to get to the concert. And then, best of all, how easy it was to get back!
Disliked: I wish that hotels would install shower stall handrails/handles in their bathrooms. I understand it's an extra cost to do, but helps with the guests' safety.

Liked: We left and didn’t even stay the night. I didn’t feel comfortable the moment I got there.
Disliked: I didn’t feel safe. The elevator wasn’t working. Had to walk down five flights of stairs. Waited ten minutes before walking. Hallways were dark. Things felt dingy and dirty and dark. I didn’t feel comfortable with neighborhood and my new car in parking lot. It was just me and my 10 year old daughter and we left the hotel and didn’t stay there. Felt so uneasy. We tried to call immediately to cancel and get money back and no one called us back.

Disliked: You either have a nightclub or venue there that played music so loud till 1:00 in the morning that I could hear it over my fan app on my phone and the fan running for the heater inside the hotel room on the 6th floor. Made it impossible to sleep. Spent the whole next day tired for what I went up there to do
