I want to definitely return to this hotel when there is a concert I want to see at the Civic Center! So convenient. No driving, parking fees, or dealing with the weather!

Liked: The convenience to get to the concert. And then, best of all, how easy it was to get back!
Disliked: I wish that hotels would install shower stall handrails/handles in their bathrooms. I understand it's an extra cost to do, but helps with the guests' safety.

Liked: Parking was available.Bed was very comfortable.Desk staff were quite good.Location was perfect.Price was good.
Disliked: Some dirty grout in shower.Room carpet needed replaced.

Convenient, great place to stay!

Liked: I loved the complimentary buffet breakfast and having the hotel connected to Lima Civic Center was awesome. The hotel is also centrally located to bars and restaurants which is great!
Disliked: I wish the hotel had a restaurant and bar with entertainment.

Not a luxury stay but...

Liked: Location and price. my bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Your staff here is exceptional. Very kind and pleasant. Your front desk lady has amazing customer service skills.
Disliked: The bathroom drain was broken and the bathroom floor was not very clean.
