Liked: Breakfast was good and area was clean. Nice fresh fruit. Gym area needs to be redone. Machines had rust due to humidity from the pool. Hallways could use carpet cleaning. Staff was very nice.

Liked: The location was easy to get to our family's home, so that makes it a likely spot for us to stay. The breakfast was adequate, if you were needing that to get you going. However, we were eating at their home except for the morning of departure.

Liked: Good central location, close to eateries and the mall.Was there for less than a day and left before breakfast, so didn't benefit tom majority of facilities.
Disliked: I had booked the hotel on the basis of the airport shuttle, advertised/offered via both Booking.com and the hotel website.Despite sending a number of messages, I received no confirmation/response to my queries, until arrival at the hotel.The hotel states that there is a free third-party shuttle, which they booked (a taxi). It arrived on time but I was somewhat annoyed to have to pay.I would ask that the hotel clarify/be more precise on the service they offer.
