Liked: Very very limited options in breakfast. A lot of room for improvement.

Okay but could be better...

Liked: The hotel was very quiet, we were the only guests. The check-in was efficient but not at all friendly. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom could have used more attention. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, had to wait about 10 minutes while the desk clerk had to find the person to gather the "breakfast bag" that consisted of an apple, a package of muffins, Ritz peanut butter crackers, small bottle of juice, and a bottle of water. That we had to wait for him to put together bring to the desk, where we had to wait for the clerk to return to give it to us. The room rate was good, but after a great experience at Wingate in Altoona, Pa this Wingate was disappointing.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaner, breakfast could have been prepackaged and better quality for little more effort.

Was not worth the stay.

Disliked: The faucet and bath water was coming out yellow throughout my whole trip .

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. There was a lot of light from the windows even with the blinds shut. And a garbage truck woke me in the morning.

Liked: This was an absolute nightmare, i barely slept all night. The room was ok and close to town but the walls were so thin, there was a party in the room next door. They were shouting, banging on our inside door that connects the two rooms, playing loud music, and then around midnight they started knocking on doors including ours and running away. What childish behavior. And no one did anything about it. Around 4am the smoke alarm went off in the hallways and everyone had to evacuate. Fun. No one told us what happened or what was going on. We tried to sleep afterwards when we went back to our room but again, the party next door started up.

Disliked: Was not aware of the “deposit” requirement. I was in line behind a customer waiting to check in and over heard the employee taking a $100 deposit from that customer. When I approached the counter to check in the employee told me the same price, as I walked away to get my wallet that was on the couch behind me he then said matter fact it is $200 deposit. I asked why is it more if you just said $100, you also just charged the person before me $100 so why would it be $200 for me. The employee’s response was that the previous customer “did not have any money, his card declined” I refused to pay the $200 deposit and employee then changed it back to $100.
