Liked: Room availability and were clean. Location is close to all attractions.

Disliked: Extremely cold in the lobby and hallways and the management wouldn’t do anything about refunding us even a partial amount after we had a sudden death in the family and had to checkout early. We are very disappointed that there was no accommodation made.

Disliked: Room shades didn’t block the light from the parking lot… Hotel was not crowded but the put all of the guest in the same area… spreading out would have helped with the noise… sound traveled through the walls

Liked: Easy to find. Good location
Disliked: No cars in parking lot when we arrived. Had to call to be sure they were open. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower was dirty, and washcloths were stained yellow.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub in the room stained my bathing suit brown from not being used for a while, I assume. Water in bathroom sink was brown initially as well but okay over all. The room was in need of quite a few repairs but was functional overall.
