Liked: Far too expensive for the quality of service and room. The hand rails in the bathtub were corroded, the bathtub and flooring were chipped, and the cover on the bed was not too clean. The microwave was difficult to work, and the telivision did not work.

Liked: Air conditioning was great, bed was comfortable, location was great!
Disliked: Coffee Maker in room didn’t work, room needs a good cleaning, grounds need to be mowed and cleaned up. Towels are to thin and not soft. Expected more from a Wyndham Hotel. The van used to shuttle to casinos is old and filthy! Need new cleaning crew and front desk employees.

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: I booked the Presidential Suite with the king bed option and was issued a regular king room instead. I received an email from the property days before the stay saying that the king bed option could not be arranged. I assumed that meant that I would get a queen bed instead. When I went to the front desk to ask why we were given a regular king room instead of the suite, the attendant said that Booking.com over booked them so I wasn't able to get the room that I booked. I asked if I would be getting a refund for the price difference and was told that I would not. I feel like that was unacceptable on their behalf and that I should've been made aware of the exact issue in advance.
