Right location , right price

I won’t be back.

Liked: Outside looked to be nice…
Disliked: Our air didn’t work in the bedroom part, so it was HOT! I let the front desk know and still didn’t get fixed. Good thing we were only there 1 night. Plus had to kill a cockroach in the room. Which was nasty!

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is always excellent. Clean, comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a good breakfast in the morning.

I would stay at this...

Liked: The front desk staff was exceptional. They were very friendly upon our arrival and fulfilled the few requests we had. The rooms were large comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items and was kept clean.
Disliked: This is a personal thing with me, but the toilet paper was cheap. This hotel had so many things going for it, but the toilet paper was thin and scratchy. When any establishment does not offer a nice roll of toilet paper that does its job in a comfortable way, I feel like the property does not really care about their guests. Don't cut corners in the bathroom!

Would not recommend to anyone.

Disliked: Rooms has a smells to it. Elevator makes loud noise when going up and down. Our room water was brown so we was unable to shower all stay. AC and room also makes noise. Breakfast was mediocre only serving sausage, eggs and cereal. Worst hotel experience. Will not be retuning to this location.

Frustrating

Disliked: No water for hours and when i asked the staff they were very rude, 4 hours no water to have a shower or to use a restroom without any further notice
