Clean, comfy, great breakfast, close...

Liked: Clean, spacious, comfortable room with large bathroom. Large breakfast area with greater variety of good food than expected. Great coffee. Conveniently located close to Hwy 417. Lots of parking.
Disliked: All was good.

Liked: Lots of parking, plenty of pillows, comfortable beds, they have a buffet breakfast
Disliked: No idea how to access convenience store items - could see some things from the check in desk, no menu provided for restaurant/bar, no idea if there was room service, elevators quite a distance away from entrance, no hot water, tub does not have a plug so could not take a bath, charged over a $100 more on my credit card than what I was quoted for and when called as I have my receipt for the amount my card should have been charged for, the person who answered told me three different stories as to why and finally said ‘it is with my bank’. Very frustrating experience and now am dealing with my bank. Finding the entrance to the parking lot is not obvious - has to do a u-turn and when leaving there were pylons blocking the exit. Had to drive around to find another way out. It snowed overnight and the sidewalk and parking lot had not been cleared so not safe and icy. The room had wallpaper peeling in the upper corner - room 430.No channel guide or instructions on how to work the remote. Did not like the pre-check in process as I had to upload picture of my drivers license and take their word that it confidential. These are just a few things being listed.

Modern and clean hotel near...

Liked: Very clean, spacious and modern room and other facilities. Good location if you are by car. Easy to access by car, outlet village and sports center near. Just be aware that there is no walk way to Canadian tire center, came surprise for me. Breakfast was best on my whole trip.
Disliked: No good public transportation to city center.
