Disliked: The Owner wasn't impressionable at all. There were "ROACHES" in my room. There was two in the restroom then one was walking on the nightstand. I immediately notified staff 7:00pm, requested a refund for the second day, packed and drove back to Baytown, TX

Liked: Location- just off frontage road
Disliked: Room offer no Bottle water. Friendly checkin. Breakfast was very limited to unhealthy pastry and lousy coffee with no creamer.Checkout counter was unattended with a return note.Had to return 2x till finally called front desk phone for assistance..

Liked: Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Rooms were nice. There was dirty wash clothes hanging in the shower. But that's an easy error. Overall would rate 4 star.
