Very accommodating staff! Loved the shuttle to and from the venue. Awesome time....would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Starting outside the buiding- the location was not great as you had to go back a short road full of deep pot holes to even get there. When we arrived, there were dirty stained mattresses and box springs in the parking lot. The parking lot was small, and oftentimes, there were not enough spaces. Inside, there were signs to not park in surrounding lots, which left no options. Check-in was quick, but the lady at the desk seemed very annoyed at the questions I had and didn't give us any information other than how to find our room. Despite the thermostat being set to 69, it was very warm in our room and not something we were able to fix. Our room was right beside the housekeeping area, and they were there all hours of the night and morning laughing and talking very loud, which made it hard to sleep. In our bathroom, you could see many very obvious spots of water damage in the ceiling and on the walls where the paint was bubbling up in lines all around the walls. In our room, there were rolled up bundles of tape stuck to the walls and ceiling in multiple places as if the guests before us had a celebration and it wasn't cleaned up after. I opened the fridge and found stuff left behind from the last guests. Needless to say- we would not stay here again. I'm not sure if it's this chain or just this location in general, but I will be avoiding them in the future.

Definitely top 3 worst places...

Disliked: I was woken up at 7:30 am by some construction team who thought it would be a great idea to start banging things together and drilling in the room next to mine. I got up, asked them to stop and they were quieter for a half hour. After that they no longer cared. They moved directly outside my room and drilled, loudly talked and laughed, and put beds together. I got up and asked them to stop and one of them said, it’s 10:00 (as if I should be up anyway). Not sure how that made anything better but it was also 9:00 am. I don’t feel I need to explain why I wanted to sleep on my vacation. We also had to move rooms the first night because we could hear every single word the family in the next room was saying. In the first room we were in the bathroom door fell off the hinges. There was also a very shady person looking in people’s cars and hanging out in the parking lot.

Liked: It looked nice but was just a hotel
Disliked: Everything seemed like it was hot by a tornado. Chips in paint very poor maintenance, bathroom door was a barn door that didn’t stay shut, bathroom faucet didn’t stay on, beds were maybe fulls, two kids were crowded let alone adults, no idea where stairs were located and were needed bc elevator was running occasionally. Lots of construction going on which is understandable but ok at best
