Liked: Did not honor my room preference request but was able to move me to another room on higher floor but with smaller beds than I paid for.

Luxurious

Liked: Extremely comfortable beds. They also put 4 pillows on a king sized bed, as should be standard everywhere. Bathroom door didn’t have a lock, but the way it was designed as a sliding door it would have been impossible to do, so that was strange, but definitely not a deal killer at all. Overall extremely satisfied with the hotel experience.
