Overall we were very pleased...

Liked: Tana was an excellent hostess. Food was plentiful and delicious. Lots of variety.
Disliked: We could hear another guest’s TV and sneezing. They weren’t necessarily loud, there’s just not enough soundproofing in the walls. They probably heard ours, too.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Clean, inviting, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. The lady who was stationed at the breakfast site was nice as could be and actually engaged in conversation, unusual in today’s world, and a definite plus.
Disliked: It’s all good.

Great Stay In Hurricane

Liked: The location was amazing. The upkeep of the new upgrades to the hotel was great.The bar with the televisions an sitting area in the lobby was everything. The bed was soooo comfy cozy, the shower had plenty water pressure an was super duper clean. Great television to watch my Monday Night Football
Disliked: One thing that was kind of strange, was inside the room, the sliding door that covers the hall closet an the bathroom was a tad bit strange. I didn't like that concept but that wouldn't refrain me from staying again.It's definitely not a deal breaker, but just a weird conversion.
