Not as advertised but comfortable...

Liked: Clean, very comfortable with helpful staff
Disliked: This property is not as advertised. When we looked this up on Booking.com it said there is a 24/7 airport shuttle, a pool, breakfast, and a restaurant. The pool closed a 6:00 pm and the breakfast does not start until 6:00 am (not good for travelers as an overnight stop arriving at 8:00 pm and leaving by 5:00 pm). There is no restaurant and the only food close by is the four points. (go there the food was great). The shuttle is not 24/7 and, since we needed a shuttle we asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else. They refused using the old" we are not allowed to do this" and "the manager is not available" BS. The reason I marked this as a 7 is because the staff worked hard and found us a few items for breakfast and paid for a Lyft to get us to the airport. Whydham needs to do some real work on how they advertise their hotels and when they offer amenities. We were not alone needing to leave early and to have most of the amenities not available at times when the customers need it is not something I would have expected from a Wyndham Hotel.
