Liked: Spacious rooms. Ok breakfast. Not noisy.
Disliked: I called before we arrived confirming there would be a shuttle bus to hotel from airport, which they did confirm for the time we landed. However we waited 90 minutes and no shuttle bus turned up. I tried calling but no answer/phone did not connect. We finally paid $30 dollars for an Uber as it was getting late. When we arrived I asked why no one answered the phone and no bus had come. They said you have to call when you land for a bus. I said we tried. They said “oh the internet was down so phones not working today”. I said well that’s not my fault and we paid and booked for this hotel based on the airport shuttle. I asked for compensation to the cost of £20 (to cover our taxi) and she said yes she will let manager know who will refund £20 off the room. 4 weeks later and still no refund. If the hotel was nice and quiet in a good area then maybe you could forgive that but it wasn’t worth the price without the convenience of the promised air port transfer. Breakfast was basic and they didn’t have have working water machine (even when we asked they just shrugged).

Liked: Mattress was comfortable
Disliked: Shuttle was difficult to access and required confimation of our booking name which took 2 airport staff and 20 minutes to verify, due to overcomplication. First room tub was not cleaned and backed up with hair when turned on, and second room had handprints on the faux leather headboard indicating to me the room was not well cleaned. Staff were kind but not overly helpful.
