Liked: Thomas at the Reception Desk was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The swimming pool and hot tub have been closed and a patio is now over them.

Has gone downhill

Liked: staff, cleanliness
Disliked: lobby smells musty, room smells musty, carpet was actually wet because cooling system does not remove any humidity out of air. Using reusable plates for breakfast. Staff member has you leave dirty plates directly over clean plates. there should be a separate area to leave dirty plates. Saw multiple guests complaining of this. One directly complained and refused to leave her plate there. Seems like a health code violation.
