Liked: There was a small Breakfast
Disliked: The room wasn't ready at 3pm which in check in time also once we got our room key the room still wasn't ready housekeeping was still cleaning it and we had to stand in the hallway

Disliked: THE MANAGER, THE CHECK IN PROCESS, THE CLEANLYNESS OF THE HOTEL THE BATHROOM SHOWER ROD WAS PUT UP WRONG WHEN I TOOK A SHOWER WRONG THE SHOWER CERTIN CAN GATHERING AT THE MIDDLE OF THE ROD

Good besides the bathroom

Liked: The bathroom door was dirty!!!!!! Disgusting ! Bathroom just needs a whole deep cleaning. Seriously. And inside the shower, the shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispenser was on the shower floor

Disliked: Where do I begin first the room was super small I requested and upgrade for and additional $30.34 they ended up billing me twice charging me 133.45 twice plus the $30.34 upgrade once I informed them of there mistake I was told I needed to contact my credit card company because they only charged me once i provided them a copy of my billing statement before hand so now my credit card company is involved and on top of all that the toilet
