A nice and clean hotel...

Liked: The hotel was fine very convenient, the room was great. The room had a lot of cool features in it which were nice. I enjoy a hotel that offers a breakfast, I usually only stay at those, so I can have coffee anytime I want.

Exceptional

Liked: Last minute stay, very easy to book, the room was very nice more that what we were experiencing

Disliked: Ice machine on 1st floor would have been nice I checked in @11:30 pm and got charged for full day. I also checked out at 8am should have been given a credit

HIGH COST FOR SOME BAD...

Liked: -The housekeeper, Kaprina . -The alleged jet garden tub, despite the fact the Jets didn't work, I still enjoyed the size of it.
Disliked: -The front desk service from the Asian lady that wears the colored fake contacts with the shitty stuck up attitude!!!!!-the fact they don't give you a heads up about the indoor pool being ice cold!!!-the cigarette burns and what looks like piss stains, and blood stains in both areas where people are supposed to sleep. -Bare minimum effort to actually "clean" a hotel room.-Pubic hairs all over the place especially in the bathroom areas. -cold coffee in the coffee room
