Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Needs updating. Has leak in our room causing us to switch rooms.

Disliked: My room wasn’t like the picture. My bathroom wasn’t clean, the jacuzzi tub was broken. The fireplace heater was extra loud so I didn’t even bother to turn it on . It was very uncomfortable but I had to stay cause it was no refund. Never again

Disliked: Outdated, room carpet not cleaned, desk chair in horrible condition, toilet kept leaking all night, TV in the wrong place.

Disliked: I got this room just for The Hot Tub and it was disgusting. You can tell it’s never been cleaned , when I filled up the tub and turn on the jets there was nothing but dirt in the bubbles .The sliding mirror on the tub was barely holding on which seems extremely dangerous. Honestly I would NEVER book this hotel again NOT worth what they are charging.
