Outdated but comfortable and value...

Liked: We like the location. Plenty of options near close by. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
Disliked: The hotel is outdated and could use a renovation/uplift but they are doing the best with what they have.

The bedding could have been...

Liked: The location was good, being that we were a few feet of several restaurants, and a few miles of a little shopping center.
Disliked: I went into my room and there were used towels on the countertop, the floor and the bath mat towel was on the floor right at the tub, as if the last person had just stepped out the tub. There was only one hand towel partially hanging where it looked as if someone had dried their hands. No fresh clean towels were in the room. Also the trash can in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied. The person had forgotten to do the bathroom. I took pictures and went to the front desk and she asked me to send it to her phone. She then gave me another room. I should have gotten a discount or a complimentary free night stay for another time.

Bad

Disliked: They charged us $75 at check in for a deposit and said money will be instantly back on our card after check out. When we got home money was still not back on our card and then was charged an extra $35. When we called front desk they said it would be 3-5 busines days to return that money to us.
