Superb

Liked: Dianne your breakfast attendant was so very pleasant and took great pride in her job. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was extremely polite and professional.

Extremely pleasant!

Liked: Gentleman at check in was extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The fact that I had to go back downstairs to get my water.

Passable

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet was dirty . The bathroom linen felt like it was used and hung up to dry to reuse . I could be like everyone else is short staffed but, makes use that all rooms Wren properly cleaned.

My first stay at a...

Liked: Clean attractive room; good a/c; and comfortable bed. Loved the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower.
Disliked: Breakfast was well stocked, but average.
