Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Hot tub not in service for 9 days while we were there. Only the circulation pump was running no jets at all. Water was 99. Hole n in the ceiling that no one cleaned up. Coffee machine down for 4 days, waffle maker down for 3 days.

Couldn't have been better.

Liked: Very good coffee and the breakfast was the standard offerings of eggs, sausage, etc.

Liked: The front desk girl was great!
Disliked: The place was GROSS! Our room had hair all over the shower. The floor has mud spots on it. The fridge was so hot and stunk soooo bad!! It was so gross. The microwave wasn’t clean. The parking was a real problem too! There was a truck that took up two spots where we we could have parked close to our room. But, since he took up the last 2 spaces we had to park at the other end of the lot. With 2 young kids it was very inconvenient. The ceiling in the pool room was falling apart. The insulation was literally falling out of the ceiling. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets were so weak you could hardly feel them. Breakfast was so-so. Powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, some bagels and muffins. It was okay. No fruit so that was a bummer. But there was hot coffee.

Good hotel for skiing trip...

Liked: We stayed 3 nights at this place,while on a skiing vacation. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good (coffee,eggs,waffles etc), the pool and jacuzzi were old but clean, and the staff was helpful beyond expectations! I would stay there again.

Motel stay at hotel prices....

Disliked: Extremely creaky bed. Heat was very noisy, went on and off all night. No hot breakfast on weekdays.

Great price with bus to...

Disliked: Everything was updated except for the old shower control knob. Even the shower head was updated
