This place has gone downhill

Liked: Conveniently located on the main road. Has a pool and spa. And we have stayed before but not sure we will again
Disliked: Things like holes in the walls where fire alarms are at mini fridge was nowhere near level in the room. Light fixtures about to fall off the wall. No hot breakfast just some plain bagels and toast and cereal. No towels in the pool area. Parking lot is a sheet of ice with very little room to park. Asked for bottom floor room and was given top saying they were sold out highly doubt with the fact the small lot wasn’t full late lastnight or early this morning

Liked: Breakfasts were good.
Disliked: Had to get lights fixed above bathroom sink and remote for TV didn't work so they needed to bring a new one. We only had one wash cloth and they brought by two more when we asked.

Liked: Staff was helpful and cooperative.
Disliked: The room door or entrance wasn't inside the hotel and was living in the street. The room bathroom and the toilet are very old.
