Liked: Room was nice, location was excellent, hotel was very clean
Disliked: Large gap under door let in a lot of noise from the hallway, and only two towels in the bathroom.

Disliked: Slightly fussy staff. Bathroom certain parts old and kind of beat-up. AC/heat system bottom-of-the-line. Room TV bottom-of-the-line computer screen.

Disliked: The staff didn’t make us feel welcome, dirty bathroom, and roaches.

Good room, bad customer service.

Disliked: Despite my insisting requests during check out, the personell at the desk didn't give me an official valid invoice with the name and address of my company on it. She kept telling me that there isn't anything she could do and that I had to get my invoice from Booking.com, because I booked my room via Booking.com.

Perfect location! Clean. Hot Breakfast.

Liked: It had a varied breakfast with HOT food. Just get down early to avoid people. I also loved the location. It's surrounded by various restaurants and coffee locations. Meal deliveries are simple. Nice for solo females.
Disliked: I wish my shower could have been hotter. The bathroom didn't smell disinfected but that's a me thing. I need to smell the cleaner to feel like things are clean. Not a big deal.
