Liked: The privacy, the smell / aura was clean and fresh.
Disliked: The remote didn't really work. Also, the door handles to the closet didn't twist. They were stuck in standard position.

Stay was good

Disliked: A lot of dust and dirt above pictures and window sills. Pillows were to bulky

Very Outdated and not clean

Disliked: The hot water took at least 30 min to get hot, the toilet was loose so every time you got off it would come up and let a nasty sewer smell in the room, there were holes in the wall, the microwave was outdated, the coffee pot didn't work, I've machine on our floor didn't work they charge a deposit which is not started

Convenient location, but better not...

Liked: For an airport hotel, the best location -- adjacent to the airport.Staff was very helpful and cheerful, trying her best to make up for the computer issues.Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I tried to print a boarding pass and the computer wasn't hooked up to wifi. The woman at the desk said another customer was having the same trouble, but he seemed to know about computers. She said he turned it off and back on -- didn't work for me.I had to wait to get to the airport to print boarding passes - very inconvenient.The only wifi that was available did not require a password -- so completely insecure. Most people would never logon to an insecure network with as much identity theft as goes on.Sounds like the computer problems were known to the staff, but either no one asked or she didn't know how to report the problem -- unacceptable.
