Superb

Very dirty, waste of money...

Liked: Very dirty, obviously had dirty sheets on all beds, stains on floors and furniture, windows so dirty you almost could not see out in rooms and lobby I was very uncomfortable!, breakfast was terrible, orange juice was light brown, eggs pure water, my granddaughter had kidney problems and I feared for her safety there!

Disliked: Computer system down. Had to have staff let us in room for first 24 hrs.

Liked: Everything was great except for the bed. Felt like I was sleeping on springs all night.

Liked: I stayed one night and good to stop driving and refreshing by the morning to have breakfast to continue with the drive home

Liked: Clean. Quiet convenient to stores restaurants. Disliked that no airport shuttle

Good until the morning staff

Liked: In the morning I coordinated with the front desk to check out late. I had to work over night so wasn’t in bed until 7am. When the staff started cleaning rooms it was like they were having a party by the door for a longtime. Very loud and sounded like I was in Mexico. When I talked to the front desk on my checkout she scolded me about Checkout was 30 prior. I informed I was given a let check out by the earlier shift. She just ignored what I said. Front desk needs to communicate in a better way.

Disliked: the toilet didn’t flush most of the time. water pressure was weird & took forever to heat up. fridge also froze our stuff.
