Liked: gave us a room that was not cleaned, then someone opened our door because the lady at the desk forgot she had given the room to us and then our keys wouldn't work because the other people cancelled ours out. we stay here a lot because it's half way to our family and the price is right. you just have to have more help.

Besides a very cold pool...

Liked: Breakfast was most excellent☺️ everything was very fresh and also clean. The staff was really great about putting both of my booked rooms next to each other.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was barely lukewarm in the pool was freezing. The pool room itself was very cold, so for the room prices and not having a comfortable hot tub and a really cold pool, it was a little disappointing as that's why I wanted to stay at this establishment with my children. It was even too cold for the children to swim and children are usually able to swim in colder temperatures than adults if I can tell you how cold the water was.

Liked: They had biscuits and gravy for breakfast and they had no biscuits to go with the biscuits and gravy. Had cereal, but had no milk out to go with the cereal.
Disliked: Went to check in, went up to my room and walked in on a person getting out of the shower because there was already somebody in that room. Checked into another room an hour later because nothing was ready and the room was not clean. There was M&Ms and crumbs all over the floor there was skunk around where the toilet lid hooked to the toilet Used soap in the shower that night. There was kids that were being way loud in the room next to us I went over there to talk to them. They didn’t quiet down talk to the front desk. She told me I’ll write a note for the lady in the morning. That’s how she handled it. This was 11 o’clock at night. I might add they had breakfast only half of the items to complete the breakfast for their was not impressed.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready when I showed up 90 minutes after checkin. When I got to the room (2 1/2 hours after checkin) one of the pillow cases had makeup smears on it, one of the hand towels had red smears on it, the wifi never worked the whole time I was there and I needed it to work, every night after returning to my room I had to go to the front desk and have them rekey my card as it wouldn’t work. Saturday night I waited 20 minutes for the desk clerk to get back to the desk. There was a # posted on a sign that explained they had to step way from the desk for a minute, we tried to call (another person had the same key problem) and the phone at the front desk rang. A much different experience then my stay in the summer of 2023.
