Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff wasn't very friendly, had to switch to a second room due to our first room not being vacuumed or having a shower curtain. The second room wasn't much better, a little cleaner but the fridge wasn't cleaned out and we didn't have a trash can. Beds were very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.

Liked: The hot tub
Disliked: Someone was in the room we were given, then they ahd to give us someone else's room. They were double booked. Won't go there again.The lamps and pictures in room were hung crooked. Rm 301 stains on the chair

Will not stay again.

Disliked: Our toilet did not work.

Liked: Location was great. Size of the room.
Disliked: Dirty, unprofessional, loud and anyone could come in the side door of the building because there wasn’t a key card lock or any lock at all.

Never again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The television remote didn't work. I had to stand by the side of the TV to change channels. I tried a bagel and an english muffin at breakfast and both we were so hard and stale they couldn't be separated to put into the toaster. The bathroom sink drain worked very slow and the tub drain was so slow that there was still water in the tub a half hour after taking a shower. The shape of the tub was rounded so there was a very small area to stand on so it was difficult to stand in without slipping especially so because the water wouldn't drain. Finally the hot tub was cold and the door to outside from the pool area didn't close all the way. As a result, because it happened to be in the single digits outside it was cold inside the pool area because the wind was blowing through a 1" crack between the door and the frame. Also, the microwave was full of dried food and spatters on the inside.

Could have been better.

Disliked: The first room they tried to give us was dirty called the guy he told me that he was sorry and told me if I wanted to come back down and get different keys for different room than I could which I did and had it all ready when I got down there. Got into the new room toilet flushed but wouldn't flush down feces or toilet paper without having to flush five or six times never complained about it figured it wouldn't do me any good if I did anyways. Pool was freezing cold very let down.

Amazing

Liked: I’ve stayed here for many nights through the years and this place always meets and exceeds my expectations. A little pricey but I’ve seen the alternatives in this town and you definitely get what you pay for.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind, maybe more towels in the room but other than that I’m satisfied…

It was not a nice...

Liked: The location is ok.
Disliked: The property is in terrible shape. The ceiling is leaking, the handles for the shower are missing. It seemed like all the TV’s were broken. In the lobby and in rooms. The employee there was trying to make things right but the manager of that place wouldn’t fix anything and just kept trying to put people in the rooms not working. Then they would say you can shower in another room but we will have to charge you.
