Location great, breakfast great, cleaning...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The first room we were given was not clean, bed wasn’t made and towels everywhere. The second room was clean but we found hair all over the floor in the bathroom :( I was too embarrassed to say something since our first room wasn’t ready either.

Not impressed and disappointed

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke or an odd smell. The people on second floor you could hear every movement they made. Booking charged me but then the actual hotel charged me again when I checked in? Still waiting for them to get me refunded. Every time I call, the employees don’t know what to do or how to do a refund. The manager is never in or always “busy”. Not impressed at all

Not all that great for...

Liked: The location
Disliked: For over $100 the room/stay was not at all that great. The whole floor (ground level) had a stale musty smell. The outside door at the end of the hall had the whole lock/key card scanner busted out of it, so we didn't even have to use our room cards to get in the building. As soon as I walked in our room the smell of mold hit me in the face. When I walked in the bathroom I seen why...the walls all the way around at shower level on up to the ceiling had spots of mold growing on it.

Liked: front staff was friendly and bed comfortable
Disliked: was given a room that was stripped of bedding, tv, towels. then given another room and the card would not open door, got new keys and same issue. ended up with no key to access room. said they would fix and bring never did. bill was outside my door in am with only half the ring showing

Not worth staying for price...

Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: They didn’t have my reservation in the system. Had confirmation on booking.com they charged me more than what I was guaranteed for when I booked it. The staff wouldn’t return the call for the pricing change. The breakfast was not the best waffle mix was not mixed right so waffles were paper thin. They couldn’t keep the eggs and sausage full. Tables were dirty from last people who ate.

Liked: Centrally located.
Disliked: Found several pieces of trash in room. Tub had to be wiped out to use. Breakfast items bland and cold. Hot tub water cold and never got warm when jets were turned on. Needed help at the desk but found receptionist in back smoking with her male friend. One outside exterior door had no lock allowing anyone from the streets access to property.

Disappointing

Disliked: My key card didn’t work. Had to be let in the first 3 day. And still didn’t work good. Bad mold in the bathroom. I have sample and pictures. They moved me from my original room because I had a small dog. And charged me 20.00 dollars extra. They claimed it was extra taxes and a safe in the closet. I didn’t request a safe or needed one. And taxes were supposed to be all included. I was more concerned about the mold in the bathroom!
