In all, we were were...

Liked: The location was near destinations we wanted to go to.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was awful and all the bread products were stale (muffins, bagels, bread slices, and biscuits). The only computer in the business center wasn't working as well as the dryer so weren't able to do laundry as we had planned.Communication between employees was virtually nonexistent as we were initially given a room that was supposedly blocked in the system due to the shower not having hot water. When we were moved to a different room it was not put into the system and another person was given keys and came in, thankfully we were only watching tv.

Liked: The stuff went above and beyond.
Disliked: It wasn’t very well maintenanced, pool was pretty dirty and cold. None of our room keys worked more than 2 times. TV was confusing and difficult to navigate (no cable) VIZIO watchfree

Location great, breakfast great, cleaning...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The first room we were given was not clean, bed wasn’t made and towels everywhere. The second room was clean but we found hair all over the floor in the bathroom :( I was too embarrassed to say something since our first room wasn’t ready either.

Not impressed and disappointed

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke or an odd smell. The people on second floor you could hear every movement they made. Booking charged me but then the actual hotel charged me again when I checked in? Still waiting for them to get me refunded. Every time I call, the employees don’t know what to do or how to do a refund. The manager is never in or always “busy”. Not impressed at all

Not all that great for...

Liked: The location
Disliked: For over $100 the room/stay was not at all that great. The whole floor (ground level) had a stale musty smell. The outside door at the end of the hall had the whole lock/key card scanner busted out of it, so we didn't even have to use our room cards to get in the building. As soon as I walked in our room the smell of mold hit me in the face. When I walked in the bathroom I seen why...the walls all the way around at shower level on up to the ceiling had spots of mold growing on it.
