Liked: The location, ease of finding it, cost, accessibility and easy check-in.
Disliked: The cleanliness. The floors were gritty, and there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom. And I didn't know we would be paying for parking.

Disliked: Was given third floor rooms and no elevator!!!

Liked: Friendly people but 10/10 don’t recommend
Disliked: Everything from $15 extra parking to needing to charge the amount of the room again on my card.

Worst hotel ever.

Liked: The location was a great location.
Disliked: Everything else. The staff was rude, one employee parked in handicapped parking with no tags on car, and the property should not be open for business. The rooms are terrible, the smell is terrible, the property has multiple tarps to cover the roof, the sides are rotting. This is the worst hotel ever. I got another room and turned in my keys and left. We did not feel safe or secure. Bookings.com should refuse to book this facility until repairs are made, and Windham should close the facility until repaired or rebuilt.
