Ok for the short time

Disliked: Rooms were only available on the 3 floor and there is no elevator. It was not packed so it was confusing why we couldn’t stay on a lower floor. It was really hard getting luggage for 5 kids and 6 adults up those stairs that we thought were only outside when all along there were dry stairs inside we could of used

Great location but disappointing

Liked: Location. Nice restaurants next door or couple blocks away. Room size was great. I wish it had a balcony as we had large windows right in front of the beach. Could easily do that with some pretty French doors.
Disliked: Most items did not work. Locks on doors didn't work,TV missing completely in my sister's room, cords were there just no TV. Our TV went in and out like a loose connection. Sheets have sharpie drawings on them from a toddler. Breakfast was sparse to say the best. Coffee machine in breakfast area had trouble making coffee and no coffee machines in rooms but had coffee accessories like sugar, cream, etc.Floor stains on our room floor that looked like vomit with blood. No soap or shampoo in the shower, bottles empty. No elevator!! Luggage is very heavy when you have to drag them up several flights. It was one disaster after another. Even tried to get ice, and the key card did work, and only 1 ice location for the entire hotel. Granted, the property changed hands a few days before we arrived, and the new staff tried. This is a fabulous location! If the new owner would upgrade all the rooms and equipment and put in an elevator, they could get some real bucks. The hotel, as we saw it, was a low 2 star, if that. Very disappointed.

Disliked: Everything. We got screwed over on our reservation and overpaid for what we got. When we checked in, we were told that the room that we booked was unavailable. Then, when we got to the room, there was a bug that came out of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and the door was extremely hard to open. I could have canceled the room that I paid for and rebooked the room that I got for $30 less, but he wouldn't give me any money off when I asked and complained. We got hosed. Seems to be a sales tactic because he knows of the issue and yet has a smirk and thinks it funny when you get upset that you aren't getting what you paid for.

Disliked: I am disabled and requested handicap accomodations but was placed on the 2nd floor. The floor in the room felt gritty. The outlets didn't work. The toilets had stains in the inside. The chairs were dusty

Liked: Beautiful location
Disliked: Everything in the room was old, no breakfast and rooms were noisy because the adjoining room had young children that made a lot of noise.
