Fluffy pillows, spa linens, steamy hot showers, warm cookies, cheerful front desk, creamy eggs, crusty biscuits, door to door van service to the Mother Earth News Fair - what's not to love? Would return and definitely recommend.

I don't know what happened.

Liked: The room was nice and was constantly being well restocked on the daily for new towels and whatever else we needed.
Disliked: We were on the second floor not too far from the elevator. There was so much trash piled up in a alcove by the elevator it was gross, and that was day 1 on the second day the trash was still there and trash was just added on top of it. Do not know who was in charge of trash but, they weren't on it that day. Now breakfast was okay ish, the eggs tasted like cardboard depending on the day will depend if the gravy is watery or not and the biscuits are incredibly dry very few items tasted actually good except the cereal for obvious reasons. I didn't hate it there I have been here previously and it was a lot better, things happen I'll still come back and try again.

Liked: We were traveling from Asheville airport to Philadelphia for Thanksgiving. Wingate allowed us to park at their hotel for an extra day so that we wouldn’t have to scramble for an airport parking spot. Plus your shuttle took us to and from the airport (we were generous with our tips to the drivers). That was a very kind thing to do and we are appreciative. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Disliked: Some front desk people were sweet and accommodating. The others looked angry all the time, and seemed annoyed.

Great place near airport.

Liked: Stayed here before an early flight and the location is super convenient to the airport. Room was clean and fresh. Many restaurants in the area. Hotel has a pool, exercise room, and fire pit. I will definitely be back.
Disliked: I had no complaints. It did everything I needed it to do. I left before eating breakfast but it sure smelled good!
