Liked: It was easy to check in. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean.
Disliked: Morning desk staff was not friendly. Handed her my key she just kept looking at her computer and said nothing.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable/spacious! The pool was warm and empty! Breakfast was fresh
Disliked: We were double charged for our stay, but the hotel quickly fixed the error.

Liked: Ease of check in and well lit parking. We got just what we booked.

Liked: The room was clean and had the amenities to make our stay pleasant. The mini bottles of lotion, shampoo & conditioner were a nice touch. This also includes the little soaps. The breakfast had a good selection to get the day started. I would definitely recommend staying at the Windgate.

Liked: Service was exceptional ..( moved to a lower level room without issue ) . Room was clean and comfortable .. bed was great to sleep in ... no wake up aches or pains .. Close to all the amenities . Breakfast was good ( plus ) .We would go back
Disliked: No outside patio or chairs ... smoker or not .. address on google maps / Garmin was a bit of an issue -- could "foul " a long drive bad ..
