I reserved a room through ConcertHotels and didn't know what to expect. I arrived at the motel and when checking in, I was told my room had been upgraded. It was wonderful! The room was clean. Everything was awesome. Breakfast was nice. Place was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Disliked: The entire hotel, including our room, was cold. Turn the heat on please.The hotel was not busy (10 guests) but we were given a room next to other guests who played their TV a little loud.

A cheap stay with great...

Liked: Even though I arrived later at night, Sahannah at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and informative which I really appreciated.The room had a nice bathroom and newer looking furnishings that made the room feel remodeled and new.
Disliked: The lighting in the lobby was very drab and cold and some of the lights were flickering. This made the entrance feel less welcoming and warm.The room was a bit better, but still had whiter/colder lighting where if it had warm lighting, it would make the space feel much more warm and cozy.The bed was slightly harder than I'd prefer, but I did appreciate there was a mattress topper to help and lots of fluffed pillows.
