I reserved a room through ConcertHotels and didn't know what to expect. I arrived at the motel and when checking in, I was told my room had been upgraded. It was wonderful! The room was clean. Everything was awesome. Breakfast was nice. Place was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Liked: Extremely clean, friendly front desk staff, nice continental breakfast /staff (maybe add bananas)

My review of Wingate Erlanger...

Liked: The location to gas and food was nice, it was clean considering you could tell it was an older hotel that had some updates, the staff was extremely nice and helpful some of the nicest I've met, I liked the name brand soaps and lotions they have available.
Disliked: The old decor and fixings in our room was not attractive yet it was very clean, I think it could use more updating, carpet, bedding, and things like that seemed old. There wasn't a snack or drink vending machine, it was in a small room off from the front desk you had to grab what you wanted and take to front desk and pay which wasn't convenient and pretty pricey.
