We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Disliked: Wait for the second room.

Liked: I checked in around 815-830pm friday night. My son who is autistic was struggling after a long car ride. He was tired and hungry. Person at front desk yelled loudly at my 5 year old. She had no right to correct my child in any way. I made it very clear she was not to scold my Autistic child. He does not understand or comprehend. She did apologize but to be honest I probably will never come back to this hotel again. On top of this after a long a at cheer comp. My 3 kids wanted to swim. It was about 830pm. Absolutely zero clean towels in the pool area. Called front desk. Was told we dont have anymore. I then proceeded to ask how am i to dry off the kids before we head to our room. She said i guess i can get you bath towels. i was told to come to front desk dripping wet. I dont understand how a hitel cant provide enough towels for guests in pool area. All night friday and Saturday i could hear what sounded like a baskets bals being bounces on the floor above me as well as into the next day ending sometime late afternoon. Definitely an unpleasant stay... Snack bar was pretty empty as well. ended up going to target to buy snacks

Liked: Staff is friendly & helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Breakfast was good too!
Disliked: Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay.
