We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Disliked: Our bathtub was cracked & the tub didn’t plug it was broke & I have a toddler . Breakfast on Sunday wasn’t till 7 am but we were staying for a sports related function & had to be at the indoor facility by 7am . We never got to eat breakfast. The washer ended up not working & we wasted money running it a 2nd time. Had to bring home partially wet clothes covered in laundry soap.

Liked: I like everything was clean,the breakfast was good,the staff in the front desk was awesome,the lady was very helpful and very nice
Disliked: I didn't like the other guest in the same floor with kids,the kids was running and screaming,inclusive they were playing hookey in the whole hallway and the parents don't do anything,just the receptionist talk with them the first night and they stop,but the next day they continue worse,it was supposed to be a relax weekend but it was stressful,annoyed and it was a bad stay for me,if the hotel put some rules about parents to control their children,that would be great,because i like the hotel,that's the only thing i hate when i stay there.
