Liked: Amazing staff! The man with the beautiful long rust-colored hair was SO incredibly kind. We also loved the other desk man with the beard and long gray hair worn in a bun. They made our stay so wonderful.

Disliked: It needs a lot of updating the walls were peeling the elevators were kind of shakey the toilets need to be higher and the toasters at breakfast were terrible

It was fine. Good location...

Liked: Location was great. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Hot water was out, probably temporary for repairs. Internet did not work in the morning. Rooms were dated (old TV, no outlets near bed)

hotel needs a serious makeover

Liked: location was excellent, in a very convenient area of Ellicotville. so easy to walk to all of the restaurants / bars in the area. easy to get to
Disliked: 1. this hotel is old in the tooth. very very outdated. 2. our room had wallpaper peeling off in various areas of the room3. small digital tv with no swivel or ability to change viewing angle4. breakfast was less than stellar. scrambled eggs seemed fake, but they had real hard boiled eggs - just seemed very motel-ish, not in line with this brand of hotel
