We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings which were good, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were clean.

Liked: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
Disliked: We knew it was a family hotel for everyone. Just disturbing to hear kids screaming and running down the hotel floors in the morning when a person is still trying to enjoy sleeping in. It never happened but that's not unusual either. We have to remember we're not in a church, we're in a hotel. We did request and got moved to another floor which took care of the problem.

Pleasant

Liked: It was a great location. Easy access to where we needed to go and in a good manner.
Disliked: The roice of the room was high. I will not stay there again because of this.

Fun trip with my daughters...

Liked: Location to West Ed and amenities.
Disliked: To noisy. People are we up at all hours making lots of noise.

I wouldn't recommend it.

Liked: The shower and the jacuzzi were nice and heating units worked well.
Disliked: I didn't like being woken up by noisy cleaners.I didn't like the condition of the room or the size of the TVs.The access is horrible for cars due to one way streets.

Disappointing

Liked: Hot tub was clean and nice and hot geat jets.
Disliked: Heater made a werid ticking noise when it kicked on and when I told front deat she didn't offer any discount on our stay. Food was sub par. Strawberries for waffles were fozen and lumped together and no whip cream wich was unfortunate. Egg and sausage or baccon would be nice to have a hashbrown or potato aswell but was alright. Juice has a weird mold taste to it. Maybe machine? Maybe outdated ?

As a family we really...

Liked: Staff was very kind and accommodating. Good breakfast and kids loved the pool and slide and lots of towels at pool.
Disliked: I struggle with rugs so I that was a bit difficult.

Pay more stay somewhere better....

Liked: Location and it had a slide
Disliked: Pool was cold. Everyone was shivering towels constantly empty Our room did not have the right amount of of bedsWe had to get 2 cots. And we were booked weeks early if they didn’t have the right beds they could have set up the cots at least prior. so we didn’t have to wait for bedsThere was a fight that went on far to long before police came.

Was great and would return...

Liked: We did a family time getaway and the facility was great. Kids loved the pool area and we were able to meet in the breakfast area as a base after breakfast time was over and that was amazing. Staff was excellent!

Great!

Liked: It had a pool, hot tub and free breakfast. And also close to many places that we go too.
Disliked: The ceiling was thin. I kept hearing the person above me walking. They have heavy foot, and woke up several times during the night.
