We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings which were good, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were clean.

Liked: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
Disliked: We knew it was a family hotel for everyone. Just disturbing to hear kids screaming and running down the hotel floors in the morning when a person is still trying to enjoy sleeping in. It never happened but that's not unusual either. We have to remember we're not in a church, we're in a hotel. We did request and got moved to another floor which took care of the problem.

Acceptable

Liked: Very near to the West Edmonton Mall, so great location for who is thinking going to the Water Park.They accept small dogs for a pet fee.Breakfast included (not great) and the room/bath was clean.Also the receptionist was very polite.
Disliked: You can see the building is a little bit old, so the rooms are starting to look like outdated. The room is very dark even with all the lamps on (it doesn't come with lights on the roof).But what really bothered us was the noise from the hallway and other rooms. It seems there's not silence rule after 10pm. We could hear children running, screaming and people from upstairs room walking around during the night.So, be aware you can hear every single person talking from the hallway since the doors don't have sound isolation protection.

Disliked: I could hear and feel upstairs' walking noise

Great location, but only okay...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The whole place smelt of dust. My wife is allergic to household dust, so it was not a very pleasant stay for her! The first thing you see when you walk into the hotel is a dirty, stained rug in the lobby, poor first impression. When we went for breakfast, there were no eggs left and only a few dried up sausages.
