We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings which were good, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were clean.

Liked: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
Disliked: We knew it was a family hotel for everyone. Just disturbing to hear kids screaming and running down the hotel floors in the morning when a person is still trying to enjoy sleeping in. It never happened but that's not unusual either. We have to remember we're not in a church, we're in a hotel. We did request and got moved to another floor which took care of the problem.

Disliked: Super minor but the only complaints in the room were that we couldn’t open the window in the bedroom to let some cool air in and the thermostat controls both rooms so we didn’t want to turn the air on and freeze out grandma. The only other thing was that we needed to ask for extra blankets for the sofa bed because the person sleeping on that bed in that room would have froze with the sheet thin blanket that was on that bed.
