A pleasure all round.

Liked: I was very happy with the service and the room itself which was so clean and nicely appointed. The double roller shades made for a very dark room which I very much appreciated. There was so much attention to detail in furnishing the room. As I am vegan and have gluten intolerance issues, I appreciated that (unsweetened) plain oatmeal was part of the breakfast offerings, as well as the soy milk and bowls of freshly cut fruit.
Disliked: I did use the Barista Soy Plant Milk but it is loaded with additives. Most vegans that I know prefer to use 'Unsweetened Soy by SILK' on their cereal, and it's available in most grocery stores.

Great stay, Great Value

Liked: We stayed on a weekend at this location. Breakfast was great - toast, bagel, eggs, sausages, ham, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt - you get the point. The rooms were clean and larger than I anticipated. I stayed on a weekend, so parking was of no concern. I am not sure how equipped they are for parking during the week, as it was in a business district. There were not many shops around and it was quiet. A few restaurants were not far though! The pool was clean and a fair size. The staff were absolutely lovely and treated my wild children wonderfully.
Disliked: Really not much that I can say we didn't like. I will say that when I turned on the heat in our room because it got quite cold through the night that it smelled bad.

Liked: Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and cooked well.
Disliked: That my credit card and my boss's company card were charged for the same night and has not been corrected.

Liked: Everything was great except no pool.. very disappointing for our 11 year old niece.

Liked: The Manager was extremely rude.! The pool was closed when we arrived and nobody informed us ahead even they know it was one of the major facility that a family with kids consider in booking a hotel..when trying to talk to manager, he talked to me with no concern and symphaty at all for a guest. Definitely not comming back here and would not recommend to go to.. not just with the pool, there more to say..such a bad experience we have here..
