Very comfy bed, great breakfast...

Liked: The breakfast area was nice and large. Beautiful space. The beds were extremely comfy.
Disliked: It was pricey. There is a street right out the front door with a lot of loud patrons at night. Would prefer a room on other side. The toilet was right beside the bathroom door.

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: We called the front office the night we were staying to ask about the noise from kids running back and forth down the halls. The agent said they had received lots of complaints and would rectify the situation…..NOTHING. I then called again twice at 7:30 in the morning as a young girls hockey team was playing hockey in the hall. No one answered either one of my calls. When checking out, I mentioned my concerns to the front agent and he didn’t respond or apologize, he handed me a copy of my bill. Terrible customer experience. We rent rooms for travel quite often. This hotel is now off of our list. Educate your staff.
