Liked: good location and shuttle to airport is always important
Disliked: waiting for TVs to offer streaming services, carpets in hallways needs attention although I understand that recent snow may make it hard to keep clean

Decent

Liked: Closer to airport
Disliked: Not as clean as I would have liked. Sheets were on the bed upside down so not sure if they were cleaned. There was gunk on the curtains.

Convenient to airport

Liked: The airport shuttle was a huge bonus.
Disliked: Although no fault of the hotel the people upstairs were VERY loud and you could hear them stomping around.

Liked: Room was clean. Staff was pleasant
Disliked: Shuttle van broke down. Stuck at the airport for over an hour. Second room was not ready until well after the check in time.

Liked: Adequate! So so for value! Took an upgrade that was offered on Booking. Com that wasn’t worth it in reality once we were there! Was supposed to be a Mountain View room but couldn’t open the curtains because the electrical opener for the curtains was broke

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean and a good location.
Disliked: The noise throughout the entire night was absurd. It was hard to keep children asleep with what sounded like a herd of wild animals running up and down the hallway and making loud noises all throughout the night.

Served its purpose

Liked: Facility was clean. Staff was decent. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. The worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. We chose a hotel over our usual airbnb specifically for the free breakfast. But could only eat it on the first day. Had to eat out the other days because it was so bad. Which added additional cost to our trip. Room cards had to be re-programmed every single day. It was so annoying. Trying to enter the side of the building closest to our room.. then having to walk around the building when’s it’s snowing and 30 degrees out.. I’ve never had to have a room key reprogrammed so often. shower head sprays ceiling while in use, causing the sheet rock to crumble. Like just fix the dang shower head..
