First visit!

Liked: I love how family-friendly, peaceful, accessible is the hotel; it's been our first time visiting Ohio. I want to thank Fran for her help at the counter service. The room service was amazing. And I want to give a special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Parry! She was very hospitable. Her recommendations were very helpful. I will never forget the blessing that she became for me and my family. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

OK - but don't visit...

Liked: The hotel is fine; the facilities and breakfast are good and the location is fine.
Disliked: The air con unit that is what heated the room was SO noisy that it was irrelevant whether they gave me a quiet room or not (though they did, right at the end of the top floor). The first night we turned off the heater but then the room was SO cold during the night that we had to switch it back on; it was -5oC outside and certainly close of 0oC inside. So we just had to live with the noisy room heater - and got much less sleep than we would have liked as a result.
