Liked: Nothing...This hotel was horrible. I don't know who's leaving these reviews but they can't be real.I'm not even sure where to begin with this hotel… 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll fully admit I’m to blame for wanting to enjoy a pool in November and choosing a cheaper option without doing proper research. But at the very least, I expected a clean and functional establishment. Unfortunately, this place fell far short of even basic standards.
Disliked: The Pool and Hot Tub:The pool was cold, which I could deal with—if it were clean. Instead, it was full of trash, dirt, and debris that had fallen from the ceiling. The hot tub was even worse. I don’t know if the filters needed replacing, the water needed to be drained and refilled, or if the tub floor required scrubbing or reglazing, but there was visible dirt (or something worse I don’t want to think about) in the foam and bubbles swirling around. Rust was everywhere—literally everywhere. At first, I thought one vent in the corner was painted orange, but no, it was completely covered in rust. Where there’s rust, there’s likely mold, too.The towels provided were small, scratchy, and rough, and the seating around the pool area was limited and uncomfortable. I completely understand the appeal of an indoor pool, but this one was a disaster.The Room:The room itself felt more like a motel than a hotel. One of the beds was broken and made creaking noises anytime someone sat on it, as though it was one step away from collapsing. Housekeeping service was non-existent. We received fresh towels once during our stay, but that was it. I understand that housekeeping policies have changed since COVID, with many places requiring guests to request the service. However, this hotel provided no communication about its policy. I assumed housekeeping would come daily, but they didn’t. The one day fresh towels were provided, the bed wasn’t made, the trash wasn’t emptied, and the toilet paper wasn’t replenished.The Flood:To top it off, there seemed to be a flood on the third floor near the exit stairs. The hallway and stair landing were soaked, and while I hoped it was just water, the smell suggested otherwise.The Location:It's not the best. There's nothing in the immediate area (besides a strip club)...

Disliked: These ppl didn’t honor my reservation even though I paid fully online. I tried to call them to save my room but they never answered. The Audacity is unbelievable.

Liked: The property was no good. However, the staff was polite.
Disliked: I did not like how there was blood stains on the mattress, little bugs on the bed, the “Exit” signs were on damaged and on the ground & the overall facility looked rough and ran down.
