Beds,food,laundry great.Not controlling guests zero.l...

Liked: Breakfast was great l will NEVER come back!
Disliked: I. complained to the young night manager that the people next door sounded like they were slamming furniture or luggage against the wall so loudly my wall shook and the smoke alarm blinked all night.He barely said anything until I said l am calling the police.

Disappointing

Liked: Everything was great except the hot tub was closed since March 17 and hadn't been fixed and that's the whole reason I chose this hotel was to enjoy the hot tub. I wasn't offered any discounts or room upgrades or anything after finding out about the hot tub.

Disliked: Not very clean. There were brown spots on the bathroom door. I couldn’t get past the thought it might be poop. The hot tub was out of order and had been broken for close to a wk according to the sign.
